Responsibility
- Assist in daily sales operations, including product merchandising, stock management, and display setups in retail outlets.
- Engage with customers to promote Yakult products, explain benefits, and address inquiries professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
- Collaborate with retailers to ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement.
- Participate in local promotions, sampling events, and community health initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field; Bachelorâs degree is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer orientation with a passion for health and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, sales tracking tools).
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as needed.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
