Responsibility

  • Assist in daily sales operations, including product merchandising, stock management, and display setups in retail outlets.
  • Engage with customers to promote Yakult products, explain benefits, and address inquiries professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with retailers to ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement.
  • Participate in local promotions, sampling events, and community health initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong customer orientation with a passion for health and wellness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, sales tracking tools).
  • Willingness to travel within the Bali region as needed.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
