Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and purchases to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are neatly arranged and easily accessible.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the supervisor to maintain optimal product availability.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, dusting, and tidying up aisles.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional displays and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints and addressing concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for handling transactions and understanding product information.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
