Responsibility
- Approach and engage event attendees to promote banking products and services.
- Conduct on-the-spot account openings with accuracy and efficiency.
- Explain banking features, benefits, and promotional offers to potential customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for account acquisitions and product sign-ups.
- Maintain professionalism and brand representation at all times during events.
- Collect and verify customer documentation as per banking compliance standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance event strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or banking (preferably in event-based roles).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to drive conversions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
- Familiarity with banking products, account opening procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
