Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and fitting room assistance.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring displays are neat, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
- Manage inventory by restocking merchandise, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Uphold the brand’s image and values through your appearance, demeanor, and interactions with customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
