Responsibility
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to promote fruit sales
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure freshness standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Educate customers about product origins, nutritional benefits, and usage suggestions
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the sales area
- Participate in promotional activities and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of fruits and healthy eating is advantageous
