Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, identifying their skincare and cosmetic needs.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry innovations to offer expert advice.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations, tutorials, and workshops to educate clients on proper usage and benefits.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space, ensuring products are stocked and displayed attractively.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, beauty advisory, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and luxury beauty products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets in a retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate store operations.
