Responsibility
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, preferences, and purchase histories.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach to potential clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and maximum impact.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue growth.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent Knitto Textiles and expand its market reach.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
