Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with jewelry selections and purchases.
  • Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing daily sales.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales reports, inventory logs, and customer data.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales performance, stock levels, and operational metrics.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and display standards.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support marketing initiatives, such as promotions or events, to drive sales and brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong numerical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic POS systems.
