Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profit margins, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a high-performing and customer-focused team.
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and expense control, to optimize profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury consumer products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
