Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Generate and verify invoices, receipts, and order documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, reporting discrepancies, and coordinating with the sales team.
- Uphold cash compliance standards, including daily reconciliation and adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the in-store customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or in a similar customer-facing role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong numerical and basic arithmetic skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to operate POS systems, cash registers, and other retail software.
- High integrity and trustworthiness in handling cash and sensitive customer information.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with retail operations in Bali or a similar tourist-driven market is advantageous.
