Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the brand's values and culture.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth within the company.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve store productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role, with a track record of leading teams to success.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to upholding the brand's values and mission.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
