Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for management
  • Collaborate with head office on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain store presentation standards and ensure optimal product availability

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in supermarket or grocery retail
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in staff development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Experience with inventory management and retail operations software
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
