Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with head office on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Maintain store presentation standards and ensure optimal product availability
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in supermarket or grocery retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in staff development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Experience with inventory management and retail operations software
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
