Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in consumer products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of trust and retention.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its retail landscape is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
