Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain organized records of orders, payments, and customer interactions using digital tools.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Promote additional products or services to customers to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly performance goals.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, hygiene, and workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or order management (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Excel, email).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
