Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales
- Assist customers in selecting fashion and luxury products that meet their needs and preferences
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, trends, and brand values to provide expert recommendations
- Ensure the visual merchandising and presentation of products align with brand standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive retail environment
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, luxury goods, or high-end accessories
- Strong passion for fashion and customer service with a keen eye for style and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
