Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with purchases, inquiries, and product information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the retail counter efficiently, including handling cash transactions, processing payments, and managing point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing counter area to enhance the customer experience and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking products as needed and reporting any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive attitude, ensuring resolutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and colleagues.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional displays or special events at the counter as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role; prior experience in a counter or sales position is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage customers effectively and professionally.
- Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with handling cash and operating POS systems.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and work ethic, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
