Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Southeast Asia.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for assigned brands.
- Lead and mentor retail teams, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Optimize operational efficiency through process improvements, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in luxury retail management, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence in multi-store environments.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; fluency in additional Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail trends, customer behavior, and brand positioning.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as required.
