Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Bali retail sector.
- Present and promote our products to potential clients, demonstrating value and addressing their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Represent Multi Mayaka at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Bali.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry (1-3 years).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Ability to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend events.
- Basic understanding of sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its retail landscape is highly advantageous.
