Responsibility

  • Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, stock management, and daily operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, audits, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with financial procedures, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budget management.
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotional strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage store operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
