Responsibility
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, stock management, and daily operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, audits, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budget management.
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotional strategies, and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage store operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
