Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for 3C products.
  • Oversee daily outlet operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation to ensure a premium customer experience.
  • Monitor and reconcile cash receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely bank deposits.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, cash flow statements, and performance analytics to management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives to drive foot traffic and revenue.
  • Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to uphold the company’s reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the 3C products or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
