Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for 3C products.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Monitor and reconcile cash receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely bank deposits.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, cash flow statements, and performance analytics to management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives to drive foot traffic and revenue.
- Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the 3C products or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
