Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Restock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking shipments, verifying stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 kg, and perform store maintenance tasks.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
