Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers to meet their needs.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and reporting low inventory levels.
- Promote sales and special offers to customers, ensuring they are aware of current promotions and discounts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to support store operations.
