Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a high-performing fashion retail team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Monitor store performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize operations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards, fostering a welcoming and brand-aligned shopping experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotions, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and career development.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health/safety regulations.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management on store performance and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with retail management systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for fashion and trends, with a keen eye for visual merchandising and customer experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
