Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews to foster a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to execute promotional campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and operational reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, sales strategies, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
