This is a fantastic opportunity for early-career professionals to develop expertise in B2B and B2C sales within the construction and retail sectors. Based in the vibrant Badung area (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), you’ll work closely with distributors, contractors, and retailers to promote our premium product portfolio.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, retailers, and distributors in the Bali region.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for building materials, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or retail (internships count).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle is a plus.
