Responsibility

  • Accurately process and record customer orders via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing, to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on orders.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate any delays or changes to customers.
  • Assist in preparing reports on sales performance, order volumes, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or sales support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems, CRM software, or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with retail or consumer products industry is an advantage.
