Responsibility
- Accurately process and record customer orders via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing, to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on orders.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate any delays or changes to customers.
- Assist in preparing reports on sales performance, order volumes, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or sales support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using order management systems, CRM software, or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with retail or consumer products industry is an advantage.
