Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist with visual merchandising to attract customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques
- Participate in store promotions, events, and sales campaigns to drive foot traffic and revenue
- Collaborate with the store management team to implement operational procedures and improve customer service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or customer service is a plus
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
