Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern retail channels, including e-commerce platforms, specialty stores, and distributors in Bali.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns, product launches, and in-store promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Represent Gree Electric Appliances at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in modern retail or e-commerce channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with Baliās retail landscape and modern trade channels is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
