Responsibility

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient store and restaurant functioning.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock monitoring, ordering, and reconciliation.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute business improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, sales metrics, and team productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (prior leadership experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic POS systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
