Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and compliant with company standards and policies.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to improve their skills, performance, and career development.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align store operations with company goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales strategies, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
