Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting clients with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of wine, spirits, and premium alcoholic beverages, including origins, flavors, and pairing suggestions.
- Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring displays are visually appealing, stocked, and organized.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Promote special offers, membership programs, and upselling opportunities to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking, cycle counts, and reporting low stock levels.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining service excellence.
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, including age verification.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in alcohol, wine, or luxury goods.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of wine and spirits (willingness to learn is essential; certifications are a bonus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and team-player attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and high standards of personal grooming.
