Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium shopping experience for all clients.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the logistics team, and ensure product availability.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, performance metrics, and operational updates to management.
- Implement promotional strategies and in-store events to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of fashion trends, customer preferences, and luxury retail standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is an advantage.
