As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the branch meets its sales and customer service goals. You will also be involved in strategic planning, inventory management, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve branch performance.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and minimizing losses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with the head office and other branches to share best practices and achieve company-wide goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Willingness to work onsite at Ayala Mall Feliz, Pasig, and undergo initial training at the head office in Quezon City.
