Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in high-traffic retail locations, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to educate customers on features, benefits, and usage of BioEssence products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and in-store events.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently to maintain brand reputation.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for sales strategies.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product expertise and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: College level or equivalent (Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus).
- Proven experience: At least 6 months in sales, retail, or customer service roles, preferably in luxury or consumer products.
- Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous).
