Responsibility
- Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Monitor and analyze inventory trends, sales data, and market demand to forecast future inventory needs.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and retail teams to ensure timely replenishment and distribution of products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory levels, working closely with warehouse and store teams.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, generate reports, and support decision-making.
- Assist in the development of promotional and seasonal inventory plans to meet business objectives.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, retail operations, or supply chain planning.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
