Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in luxury retail environments, ensuring a memorable brand experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal and drive customer interest.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and loyalty programs.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure inventory accuracy and assist in stock replenishment.
- Participate in training sessions and brand workshops to refine sales techniques and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail operations.
- Passion for fashion, luxury goods, or consumer products with a keen eye for detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related fields is advantageous.
