Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to drive long-term business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards in all transactions.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a history of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial reports.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
