Responsibility
- Proactively engage and interact with customers at roadshow booths, events, and promotional activations.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and unique selling points with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, samples, etc.) and collect customer feedback or leads.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized booth setup to attract foot traffic.
- Achieve daily/weekly engagement targets, such as customer interactions, sign-ups, or sales referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to report insights, customer reactions, and campaign performance.
- Uphold brand image and values through consistent messaging and a positive attitude.
- Assist in event setup, breakdown, and logistics as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
- Passion for customer service and a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, retail, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to flexible schedules (weekends/holidays may be required).
- Well-groomed, presentable, and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of the local market and consumer trends in Bali is a bonus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use tablets or mobile apps for data collection (training provided).
