Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies and meeting revenue targets.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Develop and mentor store staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute promotional campaigns and visual merchandising plans.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Head or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
