Responsibility
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Assess customer requirements and deliver a high level of service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Michel André’s product lines, including fabrics, fits, and current fashion trends.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and restocking merchandise to maintain store presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new collections and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or men’s formal wear.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent understanding of fashion trends, particularly in men’s formal attire.
