Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote Globe Telecom's products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed about the latest offerings and promotions.
- Maintain a welcoming and customer-friendly environment, ensuring all interactions align with the company's service standards.
- Handle customer transactions, including bill payments, SIM card activations, and service upgrades, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality and product offerings.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
