Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable motorcycle models.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and financing options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, promotions, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure showroom displays are attractive and well-organized.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level of SMK/SMA or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for managing sales records and customer data.
- Valid motorcycle license is a plus.
