Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring consistency in service, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and operational improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture and achieve business targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards across all locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and HR, to align operations with broader business goals.
- Optimize inventory management, merchandising, and promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team development in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in retail management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in Bali is advantageous.
