Responsibility
- Drive sell-out activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories.
- Expand distribution by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets, including supermarkets, pet stores, and convenience stores.
- Ensure excellent product visibility and display execution in accordance with company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels at retail locations and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor insights and customer feedback.
- Organize and execute in-store promotions, sampling events, and merchandising activities.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and retail execution to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail execution, preferably in the FMCG or pet food industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with retailers and customers.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales metrics, inventory management, and retail operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Bali region).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting tools.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (SIM C) is required.
- Passion for pets and the pet food industry is a plus.
