Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing mobile accessories and smartphones that best suit their needs.
- Provide expert advice on product features, compatibility, and usage to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail counter to attract and engage customers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Manage inventory, restock products, and ensure all items are displayed correctly and priced accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile accessories, smartphones, or electronics.
- Strong knowledge of mobile accessories, smartphones, and related technology trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali, including weekends and holidays if required.
