Responsibility
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to onboard UMKM owners and retailers in Bali for mobile accessories and 3C products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and potential business opportunities in the region.
- Present and demonstrate the B2B platform’s features and benefits to prospective partners, highlighting value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals that align with company goals and client expectations.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management on progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, retail, or distribution, preferably in mobile accessories, electronics, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of UMKM and retail business models in Indonesia, with existing networks in Bali a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics software.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to meet clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
