Responsibility
- Oversee and manage multiple retail outlets across assigned areas in Bali, ensuring consistent brand standards and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and train store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive employee engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, landlords, and community stakeholders.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, visual merchandising, and customer loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store or area management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess performance metrics and implement solutions.
- Familiarity with retail software, inventory management systems, and POS systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned areas in Bali.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
