Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise shipments with accuracy and care.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and process merchandise for display, including tagging, steaming, and quality inspections.
- Support the store team in replenishing sales floor inventory and managing stockroom organization.
- Handle merchandise transfers, returns, and damages according to company protocols.
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits as scheduled.
- Operate POS systems and back-office software for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines, including proper lifting and handling techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 20 kg (44 lbs) safely.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or fashion is advantageous but not required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
