Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations across multiple high-end lifestyle and fashion stores in Bali, ensuring adherence to brand standards and SOPs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Optimize inventory management, visual merchandising, and store layouts to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales performance, conversion rates, customer feedback) and implement data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to execute promotional campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal collections.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention policies to maintain a secure and welcoming store environment.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, resolving issues to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative retail solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of leading teams, achieving sales targets, and improving operational efficiency in a multi-store environment.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory systems (e.g., ERP, POS), and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
