As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, offering personalized consultations, expert product recommendations, and flawless application techniques to help clients discover their perfect beauty solutions. Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques for skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and client retention strategies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups and loyalty programs.
- Stay updated on new product launches, trends, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Handle cashier duties, inventory checks, and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (preferably in cosmetics).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for beauty and fashion.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Familiarity with luxury beauty brands and their product ranges is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are advantageous).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a confident demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management.
